Cozy Comfortable Condo close to Campus/Downtown.

You are right next to UTK campus, right across from the ag campus. There is a mixture of residents in the building… graduate students and young professionals as well as some older... some retired. The building is about 60 years old... converted from apartments to condos. It’s not fancy. But it is close to lots of things…lots of restaurants…Publix grocery store...biking/walking trails. Downtown Knoxville is a GREAT place to roam, day or night and you are within about 5-8 minutes by car.

This apartment overlooks Downtown Knoxville's Gay Street. It's really hard to pull me away from those large floor to ceiling windows! Market Square being your backyard is so convenient with multiple unique restaurants & shops. You can easily walk to Neyland Stadium (0.8 miles) from the apartment, (1.1 miles) to Thompson-Boling Arena, a brisk (0.1 mile) walk to Tennessee Theatre, (0.4 miles) to Knoxville's Convention Center, and so much more! We cannot wait to host you next!
