This place was a great find! It had tons of space to not be on top of each other. It was clean, clear instructions for check in and checkout. I didn’t need to contact anyone during our stay. The only real downside was the steep driveway for 12 passenger van.

Honestly one of the coolest houses I’ve ever stayed in. It’s old. It’s quirky. The lights and light switches are old. There’s one TV in the house. It’s the ultimate vibes. It’s quiet. It’s pretty. Secluded. You feel like it’s the 1970’s in the best way. Cool house to have friends over and entertain. 10/10 would stay here again. Host was very helpful and communicative. So sick

We were very happy with Stella's house. It had everything we needed plus more. We only stayed a few days but we hope to be back for a longer stay. It was near restaurants and grocery store for those who want to cook. Starbucks was easy to find. But Stella had coffee makers also.

This home is a perfect option for any type of stay! The host are very nice and super responsive and made the process so easy. The pictures honestly don’t do this house enough justice, it is so much bigger and more beautiful than you would think! Everything was clean and ready for the guests I would recommend this place to evryone!

I got to host many friends and family in this spacious home while celebrating my graduation from medical school! We were able to arrive early to set up for our incoming guests, and everyone enjoyed the home when we had downtime between all the weekend’s activities! On such a memorable weekend during a hectic and crazy time in life as I transition to residency and make an out-of-state move, it was so nice to feel comfortable and at home with my fur babies, friends, and family! I will be sure to recommend James and his locations for future Knox travelers!

The description and details of this place don't do it justice. It was a wonderfully clean, cozy, and peaceful environment. Timothy was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it! The price is fantastic for such a lovely spot.

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was very affordable and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The home was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it too, which made the whole experience even better. What an amazing place! I love old Victorian homes! It was such a cozy little place for me and my little one and there was quite a few things within walking distance that I loved! My little one especially loved the playground located down the street. We stayed a full week and it was perfect! Had all the amenities we needed and then some. John was very friendly and met us at the door even though we got in a little later than planned.

The condo is exactly as described. It overlooks the river. The balcony is a great place to have coffee in the morning or unwind at night. The condo has everything you need and feel like home.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s all over the country and this one is by far my favorite! The location was perfect for any and everything in Knoxville. The view was breathtaking! Especially at sunset! It looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is so clean with great quality furniture, linens, and pillows. I will be booking this spot for all trips to Knoxville!
