A truly delightful experience at this location! The space was even better than described and the pictures don’t do it justice. The neighborhood is quiet and private, but still close to many local attractions in Oak Ridge, Clinton, and Knoxville. The host provided very clear and detailed instructions for all the amenities. Beds were super comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were well-stocked. The plunge pool is amazing and the perfect temperature for spring evenings. Host was super responsible with questions. Directions for finding and entering were very clear and easy to follow. My daughter and I will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time staying with Kathy! The check-in process was super easy and helpful, especially since we arrived late at night. The suite was so cozy and felt like our own home away from home. Kathy went above and beyond, providing almost everything you could ever need when traveling, plus some extra daily essentials. And even though we didn’t get to meet her in person since we spent most of our day exploring the Great Smoky Mountains, her messages made it clear how caring she is and how much she wants us to have a comfortable stay. If you’re planning a trip to the National Park or any other place around Knoxville, I highly recommend staying with Kathy.

We had an amazing stay at Janie’s place! From the easy check-in process to the quick communication, everything was seamless. The space was beautifully maintained, and you could tell they’ve thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved spending time on the river—it was the perfect way to relax. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Tony and Barb's place was perfect for my overnight stay. I loved sitting outside in the screened in porch while sipping my wine. I would definitely stay there again and since it's a fully furnished 1 bedroom apt, I would book a longer stay as well.
