Единственото, което ни направи впечатление за несъотвествие, че не бяхме настанени в същата стая, която е на снимките. Стаята в която ни настани беше много сходна на тази от снимките, но може би е била заета в този период.

Amazing hosts, comfortable apartment. Communicative and comfortable accommodation. There was a technical issue with the original apartment but alternate apartment was provided and was of good quality. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Dejan's place felt like second home.Clean, spacious and comfortable. If we come again to Niš, we know where to stay.

Jelena is an excellent host, very communicative and full of understanding for her guests. The apartment is just like in the pictures—clean, very nicely decorated, well-equipped, and located in a quiet area. Everything is relatively close, so you can explore Sokobanja by walking. Highly recommended.

The place is right one street away from kafanas and restaurants. If you are with car it is paid parking zone in the week days. And in the weekends might be difficult to find free spot. Everything else is great.

Was soll man sagen, alles war perfekt , die Wohnung war im Zentrum der Stadt. Alles konnte man fußläufig machen. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir würden wiederkommen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento. Estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros y nos sentimos como en casa.

Martin ist sehr freundlich und hat uns alles persönlich gezeigt. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, doch empfehlen es sehr. Vieles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Nice place. Had a little trouble finding it. Wich partly was my own fault. But when I finally did it was great. Here you can stay for many days without problem.

Great modern place with good looking living room , with amazing hifi speaker sistem. Even though we werent supposed to listen to music at so high volume , the host didnt complain at all which gives this place 5stars. Dusans father was super friendly and even gave us more information than needed. I highly recomend this place.

La personne qui nous a accueilli était chaleureuse et serviable. Notre chien golden retriever a été accueilli aussi chaleureusement que nous. L’appartement est rangé parfaitement, propreté impeccable, moustiquaires sur toutes les fenêtres, on s’y sent bien. On n’a pas eu besoin de mettre l’air conditionné, l’air frais entrant des fenêtres nous a bien rafraîchi. Le jardin est un havre de paix, minutieusement arrangé. Nous voulions un plat végétarien: Milan a appelé pour nous les restaurants du village pour demander s’ils peuvent nous en préparer un. Comme cela n’était pas possible, Milan s’est occupé de faire quelques courses et nous préparer un repas. On a eu un vrai festin: salade typique (shopska) des légumes de leur potager (la meilleure de toutes mes vacances dans les Balkans), pindzur, kajmak, œufs durs, pain délicieux, et autres.. le déjeuner au matin était aussi bon que le repas du soir (fait maison également) avec des plats de la région. Nous allons certainement revenir.

We had a wonderful stay in this flat right in the heart of Niš. Located on the top floor, it offers an incredible view of the city. The apartment is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us much. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy city life!

Harika konaklama, tam anlamıyla fiyat performans. Herkes Sırbistan’a gelince belgrad gibi daha merkezi konumlara öncelik veriyor ama bence burasıda görülmeye değer.

Stan se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u samom centru, ispred reke, na par minuta peške od glavnog trga. Lako se stiže sa auto puta. Sve što stoji u opisu je tako. Toplo je, kreveti su jako udobni. Sa terase se pruža divan pogled na kej i na reku Nišavu. Veoma je mirno, iako je u strogom centru grada. Magdalena je odgovarala brzo na svaku poruku i bila veoma ljubazna. Iz garaže možete liftom do samog stana, bez ijednog stepenika, što je nama sa detetom veoma značilo. I naš pas je lepo dočekan, sa činijama i igračkom. Hvala na svemu. Rado bismo odseli ovde ponovo ukoliko opet posetimo Niš.

Dušan is a very responsive host. The house was even better than in the photos—well-equipped, well-designed, and super clean. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niš! I’m very thankful.

Great place at the heart of the city. All the sights are within walking distance. Some very good restaurants in the area. The host - Jelena, was very friendly and responsive. She made sure we had a good parking space which was pretty important since the location is so central.

I have had some fears about Hristina’s apartment because low number of reviews. But! It’s awesome located and furnitured flat with good internet. Historical objects and food places are near the location. We have delayed arriving but Hristina waited me without any arguing. Strongly recommend!

Vladimir is a great host, very easy going and friendly! The house is in a great location, across the Police station ;) It turned out very difficult to find a place to eat on Saturday evening in Pirot and Vladimir helped us finding a place and reserved a table for us. It was all worth and I highly recommend him as a person and his apartment.
