The cosy apartment with two bedrooms is very centrally located (150m to the train station and the gondola, 200m to the Coop) and offers a beautiful view of the Gotschnagrat. The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Zeer mooi groot appartement met twee slaapkamers. Heerlijke locatie om te skiën in de winter of te zwemmen in het meer in de zomer. Het appartement ligt op 5 min lopen van de skilift. Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op het meer, de haven en bergen. Al met al een unieke plek op het park en in Zwitserland! Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inclusief! Kinderbedje en -stoel zijn aanwezig. Ik verhuur mijn eigen appartement zelf en ben nergens bij aangesloten.
