Das 500 Jahre alte Haus ist im Jahr 2021 komplett saniert worden. Genießen Sie einen entspannten Abend auf dem Sofa unter einer aufwendig restaurierten Stuckdecke aus der Barockzeit, werfen Sie einen Blick auf die historischen Details, die in der gesamten Wohnung zu finden sind und fühlen Sie sich rundum wohl in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Appartement. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und separatem Badezimmer, gut ausgestatteter Küche und nur 2 Gehminuten vom Flussufer mit Badebucht entfernt.

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Stadttor Iphofen

Übernachten in einem mittelalterlichem Turm in der Altstadt von Iphofen. Ideal für Gäste die Ruhe und Erholung suchen und den gastfreundlichen Weinort Iphofen, mit zahlreichen Gaststätten und perfekter Infrastruktur, genießen wollen. Zugang zur Unterkunft erfolgt über eine steile alte Holztreppe. Deshalb nicht geeignet für gehbehinderte oder stark betrunkene Personen. Das letzte Glas Wein lieber oben trinken! Bäcker, Supermarkt, Banken, Apotheke, Restaurants, Bahnhof alles zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Von dort aus kann man auf den Main-Radweg gelangen oder einen Spaziergang am Kitzinger Stadtbalkon und durch die Altstadt unternehmen. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss mit Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essecke, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Balkon bietet Platz für bis zu vier Personen.
