Experience the magic of Lapland in the stunning luxury villa! This newly built villa (4 rooms+kitchen+sauna) in the heart of Äkäslompolo combines modern design with a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy breathtaking views of the fells, lake and Northern Lights from the windows. Three bedrooms (6 guests) + sofa bed (2 guests). Ski track 20 m, lake 50 m, shops 150 m, Skibus 300 m. Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Ylläksen laskettelurinteistä ja muista palveluista. Kalastuspaikat, marjastusmaastot ja hiihtoladut ovat kaikki lähellä. Takapihan jokeen pääsee kesällä pulahtamaan, rantaan kulkevat pitkospuut mökiltä. 200m päässä Äkäsjoki, 15min ajomatkan päässä yksi Euroopan parhaita lohijokia Torniojoki. Washing machine and a drying cabinet. Parking space. A covered terrace. Ski tracks are close. Village services about a kilometer away. Ski-, airport- and train station buses stop nearby. Cleaning and linen not included, can be ordered separately. No pets. Exchange day is Saturday, exceptions possible outside high season.

Luxurious Villa Kinos with Jacuzzi

Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Upea, 2022 valmistunut Villa Mukka tuntureiden lähellä. Tyylikäs ja viihtyisä, laadukas varustelu. 6+2 hlö Tunturi sijaitsee Ylläs-Pallas kansallispuiston vieressä. Laskettelukeskukseen alle kilometri . Hiihtoladuille pääsee suoraan mökiltä. Täällä on upea Lapin tunnelma. Ihana sauna johon kuljetaan lasiterassin kautta . Terassilla takka ja sisällä toinen. Parvella on nukkumapaikat neljälle, kerrossängyssä ja aulan levitettävä sohva. Alakerrassa on makuuhuoneet joissa parisängyt (2+2).

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Traditional Lapland Cabin

hand built round log traditional lapland cabin by the lake with magical forests, animals, and activities. half way between rovaniemi and levi. beautifully simple and with everything you need, one of us must meet you on the other side of the lake when you arrive and take you to cabin on snow mobile or by boat (depending on time of year). we have a hand built separate sauna and a wood fired hot tub on site, (hot tub charges apply) plus lake side fire pit and of course log fire in cabin.

Villa Äkäsjoensuu

Tunnelmallinen hirsimökki Äkäsjoen rannassa. Mökin ikkunoista pääset seuraamaan virtaavaa jokea, jonne on matkaa alle 20 metriä. Voit käydä saunan jälkeen uimassa ilman, että on huolta naapureista. Tämä mökki majoittaa 7 henkeä parhaimmillaan, mutta toimii parhaiten alle kuuden hengen kera. Alakerrasta löytyy eteinen, tupakeittiö upealla takalla, sauna, pesuhuone, wc sekä makuuhuone. Yläkerrasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista kummastakin avautuu näkymä luontoon.

Viihtyisä, kompakti ja ekologinen minikoti sijaitsee järven rannalla aidossa ja tavallisessa pienessä Lapin kylässä. Minikodissa on kaikki mitä tarvitset myös puulämmitteinen sauna, autamme sinua halutessasi saunan lämmityksessä, wifi. Isoista ikkunoista avautuu kaunis näkymä järvelle ja pohjoiselle taivaalle.
