Caba Reef is a beautifully maintained, extremely safe, tranquil beachfront property with spectacular ocean views and front door access to world famous Kite Beach! This spacious ground floor apartment is fully furnished, equipped with AC, smart tv, high speed internet, off street parking, and your own washer/dryer. When you book with us, you'll enjoy mornings on the sunny patio and lazy days by the pool, or action packed days on the water. This is our favorite oceanfront property in Cabarete!

This 1BR/1BA is steps away from the pool and ocean, in a gated community with 24/7 security. The community offers a social vibe, has an onsite restaurant & bar, onsite kite school, and a large oceanfront grassy area for setting up, cleaning, and packing up kite gear. Completely renovated in November, 2023, you will be amazed by our new look.

Kite Beach Penthouse

Ocean front Penthouse located on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic, in Cabarete's world-famous kitesurfing spot, directly on the beach, 25 minutes away from Puerto Plata International Airport (POP). Walking distance to CABARETE Downtown with restaurants and nightlife and far enough to ensure a peaceful and quiet environment. We are also located 5 min car ride to the legendary surf spots of Playa Encuentro. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The Seawinds complex is situated at one of the best locations in the Northern Dominican Republic, popular with Windsurfing and Kitesurfing enthusiast. For watersports enthusiasts there is a kite school located on site offering lessons and gear rental.
