The house has its own compound at the front and is located in a safe gated community in Winam Estate so security is good. Very chilled out and quiet neighbourhood I must say. Easy and convenient access to Kisumu CBD and shopping malls around Kisumu in any direction. Ideally... Home away from home.

This flat has a balcony with amazing view across the marsh land towards Dunga, perfect for watching the sunsets and the world go by. This flat is huge, cool and very comfortable. Gloria and her onsite housekeeping service was invaluable, we were looked after so well. Yes there are ants but it's Kenya and they were dealt with promptly ! fabulous place .... We will be back :)

We have had an absolutely wonderful stay. Your home is cozy and comfortable. You were very hands on and responsive to our requests. Thank you for resolving the electricity issue it made our stay feel like home away from home. Emily your house manager is also very nice, extremely helpful,open to requests and she cleaned the house meticulously. Thank you for your understanding regarding booking and for communicating regularly to ensure our comfort. You are definitely a guest favourite 👍so kudos to you. this studio always works for me. and very spacious. being in CBD the location is convenient for my business activities in town. While it's busy outside, indoors is ideally quite for desk work.

The apartment is located in a beautiful, serene neighborhood. We felt welcome, right from the gate. Our caretaker was there to meet us and show us around, and went the extra mile of helping us ferry our luggage. The house was clean, with good amenities. We particularly enjoyed the living room and entertainment center. We hope to be back!
