Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

The accommodation consists of a main living room / kitchen and dining space. There is a comfy leather sofa (please bring own linen / sleeping bag if using the sofa bed), smart TV, and the self-contained kitchen has a full sized cooker, toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery and glasses. Indeed, it has all that you require if you fancy cooking at home. Walk through to a separate bedroom with king bed, built in robe and en-suite. N.B.N WiFi, blue tooth audio, hairdryer and towels.

Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.
