Had my parents stay over for a few weeks and they really enjoyed the unit. The house was fully equipped and felt very homey. It's located right in the CBD, so getting to places was just a short walk or drive away. A couple of things to note: light sleepers might be affected by the vibrations from passing trains in the evening, as there’s a railway down the street. The house is also right by a fairly busy road, so you might hear some traffic noise throughout the day. Additionally, all the bathrooms are located upstairs, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay—especially for longer visits.

The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-located. Our family of 5 adults enjoyed our stay and we truly appreciate the extra nice touches that Tracy provided to make her guests feel welcome!

We had such memorable stay at Mary’s. Easy to find and so close to the lake. Beautifully decorated and so comfortable if felt like home. Mary gave us some great tips for local attractions and left us extra special treats just to make us feel welcome! Could not recommend highly enough.

Have stayed here many times now. Glori is a wonderful host, always proactive and very kind. The bed is so comfy and the place is peaceful private and quiet.

The place was clean and easy to find, with a convenient location near the city centre. The hosts were fantastic—they welcomed us upon arrival and clearly explained the check-in process, as well as recommended nearby restaurants. The property looked exactly like the photos.

We loved our stay at Addictive View & only wished we could have stayed longer! A beautiful peaceful location with a gorgeous view. The apartment had everything we could need & was very cosy & comfortable. We highly enjoyed just spending the nights in, enjoying the view & playing cards or reading. Highly recommend it.

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Fabulous annexe, perfect for exploring the local area just opposite Papamoa Beach. Communication and requests were dealt with swiftly. Would thoroughly recommend - Thank you, we had a fantastic holiday.

We came up with our families to go to the Bluey show at Globe theatre and aren't very familiar with Hamilton. We were so lucky to find Heemi's house and so glad we did! The house was spotless, very comfortable and homely and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is very private in a back section, lots of parking, spacious and a fantastic outdoor entertaining space. Within 5 mins there is a supermarket and plenty of options for food. All in all we really enjoyed our stay - thanks again!

Lisa's place was just what we needed for our stay in Hamilton. Townhouse is modern and has all amenities one could want. Perfect location to take on all of the nearby sites and convenient for day trips. We really liked the setup of the place and would definitely stay again. Thanks Lisa!

When we come back to Rotorua I will save time by not looking elsewhere. If it's available, we will stay here every time. Clean and contemporary with modern appliances and fittings. With four televisions, there is no need to fight over what to watch. With lots of rain, it was really appreciated that we could drive onto a double garage and then walk straight inside. If you've ever reversed down a driveway you'll have no problems with this driveway. If you've never reversed down a driveway, don't worry, there's enough room to do it easily. We had a seven-seater van and had no difficulty getting in and out. If you're thinking of staying in Rotorua, you should seriously consider staying here.

The place was very easy to find and in an excellent location. The facilities were all very new and modern. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation next time I visit Hamilton. We accidentally left some luggage behind, and the host was incredibly helpful in locating it and arranging for it to be shipped back to us promptly. Overall, it was a wonderful and satisfying stay!

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

The place is in a perfect location with lovely views of the lake. Louise was very quick to respond to a query. Very happy to recommend this accommodation.

Walking distance to restaurants, and they will be building a Woolworths nearby soon. Was so peaceful watching the river flow by from the balcony.

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

We loved our stay at Megan's place. Very homely & so nice to be in the countryside. Great outdoor space to chill & have dinner - a wonderful relaxing spot . Megan was warm & friendly - we will return !
