Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Lakeside Maisonette is an idyllic holiday home with a spectacular lakefront location - you can hear the waves lapping on the lakeshore. Secluded amongst native bush, the house has magnificent views of Lake Wakatipu, the Remarkables, Cecil Peak, and Walter Peak. The property borders a Department of Conservation reserve with a lakeside walking track, and is only a few minutes walk from the lake. Although it is only 6 km from Queenstown, the setting is beautiful and peaceful, and very private.
