Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Superb studio stunning sea views

Beautiful frontline open plan studio apartment, directly overlooking the sea, small beach & estuary in Exmouth Quay. Well-fitted kitchen, new shower room. Patio doors lead from the sitting area to private balcony with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and watching the boats and beautiful sunsets. Private garage ( permit for nearby car park). Town centre with excellent shops and restaurants and Exmouth’s stunning sandy beach is just a short walk away. Stairs and lift to your accommodation.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Relax in style with magical estuary views

A stunning two bedroom ground floor apartment in the newly completed Yealm development. The apartment is flooded with light and offers estuary views from the living area and master bedroom each of which have doors onto the generous terrace. The bedrooms have their own ensuite and there is a cloakroom in the hall way. All beautifully fitted to the highest standards this apartment can not fail to impress. Fast wifi with download speeds of 70 mps.

The apartment offers wonderful, ever-changing sea and Burgh Island views. A very quiet self catered apartment within a converted Georgian residence set in large grounds near South Pool.
