Beautiful home! Stayed here with friends and we were all impressed. Especially loved how comfy and luxurious the beds were!

Martine is a wonderful host that is very responsive. The house was perfect for my family of 6 plus 2 dogs!!!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent, clear, quick, and helpful throughout the process. The area was quiet and everything we needed was provided. Check-in and check-out were simple and hassle-free. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The home was beautiful as the pictures shown. Very peaceful, that I had to stay an additional night. My host was very nice and understanding. It felt like I was right at home being as though I'm from that area. It was worth the travel!

This house was a great find! Located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood, the space was immaculate and incredibly spacious – even our 1-year-old had plenty of room. We especially appreciated the secure backyard and the relaxing back porch. The comfortable beds, great-smelling shampoo, and thoughtfully stocked (and labeled!) kitchen truly made our stay easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent 2 weeks stay at the Moss Side cottage, it was exactly as described, quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. We loved watching the cows from the beautiful, large back porch and even got to see a calf born during our stay. The house is fully stocked with any and all things you could possibly need during your stay from kitchenware to cleaning supplies, the rooms are spacious, a large empty garage, and having 3 full bathrooms was great. It's a beautiful quiet place to stay. It looks to be newly remodeled. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. They have added thoughtful touches like extra fluffy towels, bottled water and snacks. It's a fun find and I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Nicholas and Dana's place! It was both fun and relaxing. We really enjoyed the little beach, the dock and the kayaks. We caught some catfish and one tiny crab in the crab trap (and threw everything back in). It was nice to have the firepit and hot tub to use too. And, the kids really liked being downstairs in their own space. The only issues were that the key pad wasn't working to get in to the front door which was frustrating after a long drive and the grill was very slow to heat up and probably needs to be replaced. Overall, this home was a really good choice for us and we would stay again when visiting family in the area.

My partner and I had an amazing time at Victoria's place for a birthday celebration. It was extremely cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. Archer and Marley make the best welcome committee-- we had a great time making friends with the kind animals at the sanctuary. We were a short drive to Williamsburg, where we enjoyed lots of great food options, but we found ourselves missing the cottage and itching to return. There is lots to do on the property such as pool, darts, or relaxing on the L-shaped couch while enjoying a show. During our stay, we didn't have any issues with spotty wifi and were able to binge watch The Pitt without a problem. Overall, Victoria has a wonderful home and is a very thoughtful host. We hope to return soon!

Cozy, comfy and super clean roomy ranch home in a quiet neighborhood. Visiting the area for a wedding and touristing with extended family. House set up well with both a living room and a family room which made it possible for quiet relaxing and socializing to happen at the same time in different areas. We would definitely stay here again.
