1Forest | Lovely accomm with Solar (Unit 1 of 5)

We have recently added Solar Power to the establishment, going green and having almost no reliance on Eskom :-) We also have 5 stage filtered water supply. Lovely room (3 other similar rooms) with en-suite bathrooms, and large comfortable beds. Quiet and central neighbourhood, not far from the bustle of downtown Cape Town, and many of the fantastic Cape Town sights. *10 mins from CT Airport ($6 Uber) *12 mins from Kirstenbosch *15 mins from Cape Town V&A TV including Netflix & Disney plus.

Chic Penthouse with Private Pool & Breathtaking Views

This light, airy penthouse apartment offers breathtaking views of the city, ocean, Signal Hill, Lions Head and Table Mountain. Garden Suite with pool in Pinelands, Cape Town.

The Garden Suite is a sunny self-catering sanctuary with a saltwater pool and barbeque area, set in a garden with many wild birds. The suite has a separate entrance and off-street parking. It offers a kitchenette, Wi-Fi and a smart TV. We are 15 min drive from Cape Town Airport & V&A Waterfront. We are walking distance from a Shopping Centre, 5 min to Old Mutual and 10 min to Vincent Pallotti , Red Cross hospitals &Grand West Casino. We live on the property and will be here to welcome you.

Tranquil Gem in the Golden Mile Rondebosch.

A lovely summer feel at this spacious garden flat. The open-plan bedroom and lounge creates an inviting living area. The lounge leads out to a private courtyard. The grassed courtyard is protected from the wind and is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail. Well-equipped kitchenette. Separate bathroom, toilet, wash basin and shower. Located 500m from WP Cricket Club , 2,5km from Newlands Cricket Stadium and 16km from the airport. You will be very comfortable in this quiet home.

Quiet Cape Town cottage: kitchen, wifi, solarpower

Welcome to our cosy, private cottage / apartment. Avoid (most) loadshedding (solar backup). Good wifi. Near university, hospitals, Newlands cricket, green space, airport, restaurants, shops, ATMs, transport (Ubers, no MyCiti yet). Convenient access: city centre, tourist attractions (beaches, Table Mountain, golf courses, Kirstenbosch). All yours: lounge, kitchen, work and eating area; TV with Netflix; large bedroom, en suite shower. No garden access. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

Endless Views & Privacy

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Charming studio space in leafy suburb

You’ll love the charming décor of this stylish and cosy guest suite which is load shedding free! Your own private space and free secure parking. A king size bed and a day bed converts to two single beds,making it family friendly. We are conveniently located fifteen minutes from the Airport, twenty minutes to most beaches as well as Cape Town city centre.University of Cape Town and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are a ten minute journey. Newlands cricket is five minutes walk .

Private, comfortable apartment in Pinelands

This apartment is attached to our home in Pinelands, Cape Town but features a private entrance (with remote gate control), your own kitchen and a spacious bathroom (toilet/shower). It is in a quiet street and 3min drive from Howard Centre Mall, and conveniently a about 15min drive from Cape Town City Centre and 15min from the airport. It features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, cupboards (hangers provided), TV/WiFi/Netflix, panel heater and microwave/fridge.
