We are 35 minutes from Kilkenny's Medieval City, 1 hour from Rosslare Harbour, 1.5 hours from from Cork, 1.5 hours from Dublin. Waterford Greenway (46km cycle/ walk, can be done in whole or part) is a 10 min drive The beautiful Copper Coast with its beaches and coves are 30-35 mins drive. Our local country Pub is a 10 min walk and nearest village is a 10 min drive for any essentials.

Kilkennys “Marble City” is a 40 minute drive, with attractions such as; Kilkenny castle, Nicholas Mosse pottery, beautiful boutiques, shops & restaurants. Only a 20 minute drive is the beautiful Mountain View markets, Ballyhale & 5* Mount Juliet Estate, Thomastown.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Providing free toiletries, this double room includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hairdryer and slippers. The double room provides a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a wardrobe, hard floors, as well as a quiet street view. The unit offers 1 king size bed. Kitchen and sitting area are spacious and shared with other guests in the house. Private cabinet space is provided. Big garden at the back of the property provides seating area overlooking the quiet garden.

Private Annexe Near City Centre

With self check-in relax and enjoy this private, tranquil space, separate from the rest of the house, with a comfortable king sized bed. We provide a light breakfast, private off-road parking, tea and coffee station, Wi-Fi, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and a private shower room with a great shower. The house is in a safe and peaceful location in Kilkenny, only a stones throw from Kilkenny Golf Course and within a 5 minute drive of the lovely medieval city centre (€14 aprox.)

Aunty Shea's Getaway

Tigín (tigeen-small house) with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. This is a small cosy space with solid fuel heating. The bedrooms have two king size beds. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, etc. The toilet/wetroom has an Triton T90SR electric shower. There is a TV with saoirview channels. The tigín is beside our house. Less than 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and very close to Ballykeefe amphitheatre. 5 minutes drive to callan.

The Little House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located halfway between Portlaoise and Kilkenny, this is the ideal spot to stop and relax in the scenic countryside while touring the many local attractions. The fact that we are in The Midlands, makes it's the perfect location to visit other counties from, as everywhere is within only a few hours drive. If you like space, fresh air, beautiful views and animals, this is the property for you!

The Workshop

The Workshop is a recently renovated Airbnb and the perfect location to explore the sunny south east of Ireland. Just 10min by car from Waterford city, 25min from Kilkenny city, 20min to New Ross and 30min to Tramore. Come back after a day exploring to sit outside by the fire pit, have a nice hot bath or just enjoy the upstairs view of the Comeragh Mountains.

Rose Cottage is located in the peaceful setting of Annamult, Bennettsbridge. Adjacent to our family home, Rose Cottage offers guests a separate yet cosy studio space complete with its own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facilities. Guests are welcome to roam our garden during their stay and to enjoy the variety of plants and trees.
