Comfortable villa with large garden

Peter, Illumine and family are amazing hosts. They were incredibly welcoming and super helpful with with everything we needed during our two weeks there. Peter maintains a beautiful garden. So beautiful in fact that we spent a big portion of our stay right there instead of going into town for our work related meetings. The house is enormous. For food the housekeeper Winnie would cook us tasty meals. Ask her to make you Ubugali with Isombe and Mizuzou, if you want to be in for a Rwandan treat! She also makes a banger Peanut sauce! We all loved Winnie! The place is a bit outside of the city center. Though, you'll always find a moto taxi right in front of the gate to get you where you need to go quickly. There's also three playful dogs - Lu (who is three treats away from learning 'to sit'), Prince and crazy eyes Stella. They'll want to play with you and hang out but will leave if you don't want to. All in all a great place to have a relaxed time in Kigali. Will come again!!!

I had an amazing experience at this apartment! 🤗Everything was top-notch, from the amenities to the cleanliness. The location was perfect, and the apartment had a cozy feel to it. And Alice, the host was excellent—super responsive and friendly! I truly enjoyed 🥰my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

I stayed here with my 2 coworkers, 2 nannies, and 2 babies for 1 week while there was a conference in town. The location is central and extremely safe (Kiyovu - and a block away from the presidential palace) so you could be walking anywhere. The location is BEAUTIFUL, exactly as shown in the pictures, with a lovely garden outside, patio, giant kitchen with 2 fridges, and lovely rooms. The cleaning staff were on point, receptionist unfailingly kind and responsive to all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this location for groups in Kigali.

House on a Hill Versatile Eco Space

This place is beautiful and peaceful. The whole family felt like we were home. We didn't want to leave. The staff was kind and took care of us. Chloe set up a chef for us so we didn't have to worry about cooking or finding food every day. The views from the deck were breathtaking. It was also nice having a gym on the premises to help stay fit. If I'm ever back in Rwanda, this will be the first place to book if available. It is kind of remote, but it's worth the drive a little outside of the city. If you are not comfortable driving, you can always hire a taxi to get you there for not a lot of money. Also Chloe was very responsive if we had any questions about the place, and was quick to send any help needed. Chloe was a 5⭐️ host during our stay. I was a pleasure to work with Chloe. I hope to be back real soon. Thank you Chloe for making this trip unforgettable. 🥰

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa rodeada por gente de otro planeta: acogedores, sonrientes, serviciales, estupendos animadores y cocineros! No te faltará de nada se te quedas en esta casa. La villa está en plena renovación, un lavado de cara importante para una casa antigua, pero bien situada, protegida y acogedora. Por la noche podrás disfrutar de conversaciones mágicas alrededor del fuego y compartir momentos con los anfitriones. Ha sido estupendo! Recomiendo esta casa a todo aquel que busque sentirse en su hogar en la otra parte del mundo. Pura vida! Abrazos chicos, sois los mejores! We miss you guys, already! Tukopamoja! The location was fantastic, however there were scenarios where motorcyclist drivers didn’t knew the street or the area. Close to shops and restaurants very quickly became routine to step for food. Great communication with the host, helped us with everything we needed. Thus, he was abroad and was able to get hold of him. I recommend this place for the budget and location. Definitely worth coming back!!!🙏🙏

Super host, amazingly great reception, communication is simply A-1. All is as described and more, very clean, safe, and very kind hearted people. Allene’s place is one of the smartest place l have stayed. I must say l really enjoyed my stay l like the bar available when you need it. Moving around was very easy the host helped with contacting local taxes and information about the area. Alcene’s place is very quiet and very safe you really feel at home.
