Great location hidden away in the alleys of Sukhumvit. The place looks a little worn but it is as expected. Lacking typical amenities found in hotels like shavers and toothbrush but those can be easily purchased at the two 7-11s within a 3 min walk. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely WONDERFUL. Of course it's BKK, so don't count on the super sterile conditions if we speak about the neighbourhood, but I loved the place since the day. The flat was super clean and cleaning lady was coming every few days to clean the place. Besides that the surroundings are completely local, so no noisy tourists and it was super safe even at night. Metro station is close by as well as 7/11 and the night food market. I completly recommend this place if you like to spend your stay around the local population!

Logement irréprochable ! Très flexible sur l’heure d’arrivée et très réactif. L’appartement est bien mieux en vrai qu’en photo. Je recommande !

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

We stayed at this place and overall had a good experience. The apartment is small but cozy. There is a swimming pool and a gym (although the gym is quite small). The apartment has a washing machine and a nice bathroom. We did have an issue with the air conditioner, but we were offered to move to another place while it was being repaired, which we really appreciated. The location is good — there are several coffee shops and cafes nearby, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to get to Sukhumvit. Overall, we definitely recommend this place!

위치는 구글맵 말고 꼭 호스트가 보내주는 약도를 보고 찾아오세요! 골목 안쪽에 있다 보니 구글맵은 다른 길을 알려주더라고요. 호스트와 연락은 잘 되니 그 점은 걱정하지 않아도 됩니다. 또한 숙소도 예쁘도 꽤 잘 정돈되어 있었습니다. 특히 침대가 푹신하고 아늑했습니다. 그러나 사진에서 보이듯이 화장실은 협소하고 세면대가 따로 없는 점이 불편했고 위쪽이 뜷려있어 같은 방을 쓰는 사람과 민망한 소리를 공유합니다,,,^^그게 상관 없으시다면 괜찮습니다! 전체적으로 만족스러운 숙소였습니다 :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Suwatchai Garden, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere that made me feel right at home. I recommend quality to price ratio is great!!!

Mr. Sasha’s house is very beautiful and cozy, and they have two adorable Chihuahuas, Chic and Dodo. The room comes with a private bathroom, which is very convenient. The decoration of the room is also lovely. Mr. Sasha provides clean towels and coffee, and the whole family is incredibly nice. Also, I highly recommend Mr. Sasha’s Korean restaurant. I wanted to eat there every day — the shrimp meal, salmon, jajangmyaon, gimbap, fried chicken — every dish was super delicious. Especially the shrimp, it’s a must-try for every guest. It’s truly yummy Korean-style food. I will miss this place and will definitely stay here again next time I come to BKK! Let me know if you want a more casual or formal tone!
