Prefer short term stays of 28 days or less, but open to discussing a longer stay. The carriage house is private so that you feel separate from the main house. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Colville National Forest, multi-use trails, several rivers and lakes are all within a short drive. Enjoy winter and summer activities. Canada is about a hour drive; Idaho about a two hour drive.

Rustic chic studio cabin (450sqft + a sleeping loft) set in an idyllic country setting. The timber for the cabin was harvested and sawed into logs in small batches within one mile of our location. The cabin was handcrafted by the owner to include log beds, dining table, and other accents. Enjoy modern amenities in a cozy atmosphere. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet weekend with endless night skies. There isn’t anywhere quite like Cougar Creek.
