Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. Smart car rental available.

This craftsman style suite will have you feeling as if you were aboard a ship, sleeping in a comfy bed, looking up at the beautiful handcrafted wooden ceiling sourced from local red and yellow cedar. Local woods are showcased throughout the home. With beach access across the street at Rotary Beach (AKA "Bugge's Beach" to locals) and a beautiful walking path, you have plenty of activities to fill your time. And if it happens to be a rainy day, you have a covered porch to enjoy the ocean air!

The Cozy Kraken

Ketchikan is such a unique and beautiful town we wanted our home to match! The Cozy Kraken was built in 2024 on the mountain side overlooking the Inside Passage with unmatched sunsets that make you feel like you’re on top of the world! Just a 13 minute drive to the airport we are on the north end of Ketchikan. Built with comfort in mind and high end appliances in the kitchen featuring BlueStar.

Steps away from everything in downtown Ketchikan. Note: Your host lives upstairs, and there is a very friendly pug and also a frenchie in her unit that you might see in passing.
