Apartment with garage entry and washer-dryer.

This small apartment has a full-size bed with new mattress in the bedroom and a daybed in the kitchen/dining area. It has its own router with wired and wireless internet access, and two Roku TVs with Spectrum Cable TV. The very small washer and dryer in the apartment are supplemented by access to the main house large washer and dryer. Your garage parking space is right next to the entrance door to the apartment. 20% DISCOUNT for stays of 5 weeks or more.

Spanish Cottage 3bed Newly Renovated Big Backyard

This fully remodeled renovated Spanish style cottage has a large back deck for entertaining and a great large backyard. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of small appliances, popcorn machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. We provide some coffee and tea to start your morning. AC is strong and keeps the house cool even in 100+ degree weather. House is fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay.
