Plastic plates, cups, plastic forks/spoons. Sure does include parking for one car next to RV and plenty of street parking around neighborhood. This Trailer has a great view! This trailer is in my backyard where you'll have privacy. Things are still being built on the property. If you want a budget friendly place to use as a crash pad, I would love to host you! Summertime: there is AC in the trailer, blows cold 👍
