Koutu Cove: Luxe 1 Bedroom Pod

Relax, pull up a beanbag, and soak in the stunning views with your glass of wine overlooking Hokianga Harbour and its world famous giant sand dunes, or unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets and stars emerge overhead. Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Houhora Harbour Studio

Enjoy your own piece of Houhora in our modern comfortable studio overlooking the Houhora harbour. We are just a stones throw from the wharf so you can cook your own catch in our kitchen with a view. Otherwise, for those who prefer, the local shop, cafe & liquor store is across the road! Pukenui is a great stop on the way to or from Cape Reinga. We are in the heart of Pukenui, a small quiet community. As hosts we share the property should you need any assistance during your stay.

Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. Kayak around the inlet and catch a snapper, or wander the nearby bushtracks. Listen out for the local kiwi at night.

Waikotare

Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. This spacious, self standing and self contained one bedroom cottage is very privately located within our organic citrus orchard just 5km outside of Kerikeri town. It's double glazing, full insulation, mosquito screens and heat pump/aircon give it the perfect setting to relax or to explore the Bay of Islands. Our pool, friendly farm animals and luscious gardens and orchard make it a perfect place for children and adults alike.

The Cowshed Cottage
