Tiny House Sanctuary Chalet in parklike grounds

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. Our spacious 1-bedroom studio offers a lounge with kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities (no cooktop or oven). We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.

Conifer Cottage, 8 km from Kerikeri village is a very spacious and comfortable self catering retreat that features a kitchenette, separate bathroom and laundry, large bedroom/lounge and a veranda including a bbq for enjoying outdoor meals. All of this overlooking a peaceful garden. Very easy self check in/check out process - key is in the door. No cleaning fee. EV vehicles: charging by request. Fast and reliable wifi.

The Cowshed Cottage

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Wharau Lodge

Wharau Lodge is a privately owned 2 bedroom home which is available to be used as an idyllic holiday retreat offering panoramic views over the Bay of Islands. If we do not have people staying before or after you we offer flexible check in and check out. We charge a $85 cleaning fee. Also there is an optional $55 charge if you would like us to have the Hot Tub ready to use.
