Die Fußböden sind mit natürlichen Ölen behandelt und die Wände mit Naturfarben gestrichen.

Le Domaine de Rouffach est composé d'un espace wellness avec piscine intérieure, jacuzzi et sauna, un bar intérieur et extérieur et 2 restaurants : Le Restaurant Gastronomique Bohrer et la Brasserie Chez Julien.
