The beach cottage was absolutely amazing. My mum and I had an amazing three nights and we loved every second of it. The cottage is right next to the beach but the best beaches are about 10mins walk and another is about 10mins with the uber boats. Julius and Fondo made us delicious Swahili meals and their hospitality was top notch. Lamu is nothing like any other beaches in Kenya…it’s a must visit!

Voor de 2e keer in het Madison huis verbleven. We kiezen voor dit huis vanwege de ruimte en de ligging. Prima voor een weekend weg met de familie. Het is een schoon en ruim huis. Erg fijn dat er een makkelijke wasmachine is en voldoende ruimte om de was op te hangen. De caretaker is erg vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar.

Enormous 20th Century guest house – comfortably fits 4 couples/children, with dining and living area, plus enormous gorgeous garden + gazebo fit for a hotel. Housekeeping staff were present and helpful throughout

Loise is the most welcoming host. We stayed with a few students at her house and we really loved it. The accommodation is as expected and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone, if you are searching for a quite, peaceful and spacious airbnb with a backyard.

We had a lovely stay, unfortunately shorter than we had planned but Katelyn was extremely accommodating and the cottage was cosy and comfortable with really nice personal touches to make us feel welcome. The cottage was also located in a great area close to everything you might need.

The stay at Papaya House was fantastic. Nina was an amazing host and made sure all was going smoothly during our time there. The staff, Daniel and Safari, have been more than helpful and pleasant to be around. The food was delicious and the place was spotless. Shela is a cozy little town and from the house everything is walkable easily. The house itself is just gorgeous- the beautiful garden, the interior design and more than plenty of space to hang out or enjoy the stars at night. We hope to come back one day!

I had a fantastic stay at Belinda's apartment! The place was absolutely spotless and very well put together. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Belinda was also super reactive to any questions I had, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, well-maintained space with cozy accommodations and excellent host responsiveness.

Hands down the best airbnb I have ever seen in Kenya. From the security guards at the door to the cleaning room lady, everyone was highly professional. I stayed with my two kids, it was safe and conveniently located like 3mins walk to Sarit Center. They have a small restaurant on site with diverse menu. We loved everything they made. Kids especially lover their pancakes! There is so much positives to say about these apartments so let me just say I will never stay anywhere else while in Nairobi as long as they have availability. Great place to stay - right on the beach but private, so not bothered by the endless vendors. The staff were lovely and helpful. very clean and tidy. loved being able to have an AC to sleep at night. My only request was that it would be so helpful to have a water machine, as it was very hot and having to lug big bottles of water was a pain.

Great location within a well organized complex that has everything you need in one place. Comfortable new units with excellent views. Will definitely stay there when we travel to Nairobi next time. Thanks Wendy

The host (Damaris) and staff are super friendly and easy to work with. The apartment was clean and spacious. I was able to easily walk to the Yaya center, Lavington Mall and Jefferys sports center whenever I felt like it. The neighborhood is surrounded by an endless network of paved sidewalks. I really enjoyed hours of walking. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Loved my stay at Riverside Square-it has a heated swimming pool and another one at the rooftop. Loved that it had a lounge where you can chill and enjoy the views of Nairobi. The environs are so quiet could be perfect for someone working from home.Would come again when in Nairobi!

We stayed at Aisha's place with my family. The appartement was clean, cosy, comfortable, with air-conditioning in both rooms and a lovely shared swimming pool in the compound. Our hosts were friendly and attentive and gave us a lot of suggestions about what to do in the surrounding area. We will be definitely coming back, it was great value for money!

We had a pleasant stay. Lots of amenities associated with the Gecko resort. Good restaurants not far away. Tribe Water Sports on the beach. Great Kite Boarding. Two big pools. Nightly entertainment. Daily cleaning.

Very nice clean spacious apartment, with a beautiful view of a large expanse of the Nairobi National Park. While this did not bother us, and it is on the 11th floor, it is adjacent to the train tracks. Getting to the main gate requires following detailed instructions from host, as google maps sent us to a different residence

Great host, very responsive. 24hr security, quiet, super clean, non-salty water. Walking distance to the beach. A perfect place to decompress!
