We loved staying at the apartment and were made to feel extremely welcome. Rohini and team seemed to want to go above and beyond for us, helped arrange a lot and were very gracious, helpful and welcoming. The apartment was extremely clean and looks exactly like the pictures, it’s just a few minutes walk from the beach and it’s absolutely wonderful place to spend a few days with a loved one!

Without any doubt, a perfect place in Shela. Tristan's team at the house is exceptional, in that, discrete, polite and helpful with a smile. The house is a true example of local architecture, design, and materials with all modern amenities. John's food is as good as it can be! We recommend it without any reservation.

Die Unterkunft war Mega!!! Man ist sehr Zentral und umgeben von mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die super zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Oben hat man ein tolles Fitnessstudio und Pool mit toller Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Sicherheit ist auch top unten stehen immer Sachen die Kontrollieren wer rein kommen darf. Wir würden immer wieder diese Wohnung buchen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 🙂

Lovely house, great pool, attentive but unobtrusive staff including a great chef. You need some reliable Tuk Tuk drivers to get to the beach and other places but you wouldn’t get a place of this quality/price by the beach. Both our families had an incredible stay at Watamu.

The apartment is a beachfront beautiful private beach access and a big swimming pool that includes a baby pool . The room was very clean and with ocean views from sitting room and master bedroom. The host was responsive and showed us places to visit at like haller park , great restaurants, shopping center and Go kart as the apartment is conveniently just 5 minutes away .

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Fumbeni House et surtout l’équipe présente pour prendre soin de nous : Charo, Bea, Happy, Wilson et le gardien, tout était parfaitement coordonné ! La maison est superbe avec une vue à couper le souffle. Evidemment pour s’y rendre c’est un chemin pittoresque, à faire en tucktuck évidemment !

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement in Nairobi! Alles war super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet – wirklich top Service. Besonders cool war die Rooftopbar auf dem Dach: ein wunderschöner Ausblick über die Stadt, leckeres Essen und tolle Getränke. Absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder!

Thank you for having us stay at your home during our short but sweet work trip to Kilifi. It's a shame we didn't get to spend as much time as we wanted, but the little time we spent there was well worth it. On our first day there, we enjoyed the most glorious sunset on the rooftop. The house is gorgeous and beautifully designed, and the best part was the huge, comfortable beds and the incredible shower. The pool was great for my team and I; it helped us out a lot with our early mornings and late-night work. The drive to the house from the main road can be quite long and tiresome because it's a rough road, and while the home isn't far, you have to drive slowly. This, of course, wouldn't have been an issue if we were on vacation. All in all, Fig House is exactly what we needed for a film crew of 6 who require a good rest and privacy after a long day in the field. I would definitely love to come back to stay here with family, especially on holiday. Asante sana!

Wow Wow Wow, what an amazing place. If you are looking for absolute peace and tranquility then Shanti House in Lamu is the place to go. Amazing setting right on the beach with breathtaking sunset, great beach walks, etc. The staff where great and Steven the house assistant was there to help with anything when needed. Although there is great restaurants around, no need to go out and look for restaurants as the chef Katana was amazing and his food was spectacular. I highly recommend Shanti House for anyone looking for an amazing beach holiday experience.
