Our cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath home is a warm, welcoming space that can be customized to meet your needs! We are less than a mile from favorite attractions including Easttown, Michigan St., Cherry St, and Fulton Farmers Market. We are also less than a mile from most of the major healthcare systems and just over a mile from downtown. This listing comes fully furnished with everything you may need during your stay, but please share any specific requests you may have. Pet friendly and kid friendly!

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite , self contained space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

The property spreads across 2 large lots offering expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy shoreline beach; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands w/complete privacy. There's also an adjacent vernal pond full of wildlife that fill the area with a relaxing chorus of the sounds from nature.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil retreat. This home located on a historical street, is located close to downtown and everything Grand Rapids has to offer. The main level has a spacious bedroom in front, dining area and living room with a small bedroom tucked under the stairs. The entire upstairs features a master bedroom with sitting area. The kitchen is in back with access to the deck with sitting area and landscaped yard. Come spring time this yard is a sanctuary to retreat to.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
