Quiet Escape in the Country

Centrally located in farm country just off of Rt.1 just outside of Milford. Close to Delaware Turf. We are 20 minutes from the beach. With enough space for everyone. Grab a book and relax in a massage chair, play board games or cards, kick back and watch a movie in one of two family rooms with cable TV. The kitchen has a full size coffee maker and essentials for meal prep. With three bedrooms and 5 beds everyone can have their own space. Outside there is a fire pit, shared playground and pool.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. The Farm at Marshtown, Dover DE

This entire house on this working farm is available all year except for a few weeks in the winter. Large grounds and pavilion. The house is located on a 500 acre farm and is very private. There may be hunters in the fields but it is very far from the house. Please ask if you want to access the fields . There are Large yards for outdoor use and plenty big enough for most activities. There are pastures for horses, cows, chicken runs, goat pens and kennels for dogs and barn cats roaming around.

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 35.00 per person a night fee plus 25.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.
