Welcome to the 'Black Horse Inn'! Non-smoking home in quiet community. In- & outdoor cat. Close to historic downtown, shops, dining, Air Base, NASCAR, casino, scenic Rt 9 and the ocean. Quaint villages, wildlife parks, en route to DE seashore. Private room, shared loft bathroom, dining area, inside & outside seating. WiFi, Fire TV, Netflix. Breakfast! Possibly kitchen use. Room D Full-size bed, full-size futon sofabed, 2 twin beds available, sleeps 4 or even 6 (bed: 2, futon: 2, twin beds: 2).

Room J Cozy room overlooking the back yard. Queen-size bed sleeps 2. Armoire and dresser for storage. Fold-out desk. Shared bathroom.

1st floor 2 guest rooms, shared full bath

Iona is located close to DE Turf and the Delaware beaches. The Inn looks out over Cedar Creek, a pristine estuary leading to Delaware Bay. This vista provides many stunning sunrises and sunsets. Since Iona is a working farm, the front of the house looks out over the barn, pastures, and fields. The front porch and second-floor balcony provide perfect viewing to enjoy the early morning scenery with your first cup of coffee and breakfast provided to all guests. Iona is a non-smoking property.

My quaint, Victorian (circa 1890) Home. Close to Fortescue Beach Charming small town views, rustic bay front dining, & family-friendly activities. Fishing, swimming, bird watching & other outdoor activities are popular here. Many beautiful walking and hiking trails are just a short 5-10 minute drive away. The Newport House has a covered porch with plenty of natural sunlight for entertaining. It is great for couples, solo adventurers & families. Be sure to read the house manual.

1 room, single occupancy, strictly non-smokers, and no vaping on the property. Travel professionals are welcome for stays longer than what's advertised. The bathroom is sometimes shared with another guest depending on the season. NASCAR fans, it's about 7 mins to Dover Int'l Speedway & Bally's Casino. close to Universities & Schools 17 minutes to/from the Dover Air force Base. 10 mins to nearest hospitals & walk-in clinics. 30 minutes to beaches 10 minutes to shopping & Restaurant
