The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Hello! We're Em and James! We live on the Chavenage Estate which is home to four generations of James’s family. We wanted to share our space, and our love of the outdoors with you here in the beautiful South Cotswolds. We love exploring the countryside so we have created our cabin in the woods for you to immerse yourself in nature, reconnect with each other and unwind with some simple luxuries. GERTIE - Gertie is our beautiful home built traditional shepherds hut and is ready and waiting for guests. She sleeps 2 people in a small double sized bed. Fitted with a kitchen containing cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. En-suite rain shower, Burlington loo, heated towel rail and stacks of hot water. Cosy up next to the log burner and enjoy the wood fired hot tub which has become a popular addition.
