(see house rules for wood burner usage) TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED Check in and out times sometimes can be altered to your needs . Ask when booking . The location is a mile away from a pub and 1.5 from a local supermarket. It’s down a track and very secluded . Don’t expect suburbia. No TOWELS provided .

The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

It has its own terrace and a direct view to one of the lakes within the park. The chalet is in a quiet area overlooking the lake only a 5 minute walk to the entertainment. Entertainment passes are available to use swimming pools and entertainment for £66 (2025) and cover everyone in chalet. It is preferred that guests bring their own bedding and towels.
