Magnifique Appt vue sur mer à plage des nations

Superbe appartement vue sur mer haut standing, 2eme Étg Immeuble neuf dans une résidence fermé en bord de mer, 2 Cham, Double Salon, Coin feu 2 SDB et une belle terrasse donnant sur la mer. Meublé avec goût et place de parking attribué. Espace jeux pr enfants. Possibilité de surfer toute l année, site et école de surf ( l un des meilleurs spots de la régions ) se trouvant à 5 min du site et golf 18 trois neuf à 5 min du site dispose également d un practice / parcours 18 trous et club House.

Belle vue sur Rabat avec terrasse

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour les espaces extérieurs et la luminosité. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, avec une grande terrasse de 14 m² d’où vous pourriez apprécier une vue magnifique sur la ville de Rabat. Vous trouverez une supérette juste en bas à 4 minutes et une station de Tram à 6 minutes de marche à pied. Le quartier est très achalandé de petit commerce à petit prix avec beaucoup de spécialités traditionnelles marocaines.

Very nice house in Oudayas, Ocean beautifull view

In the heart of the Kasbah des Oudayas, pedestrian area, the house is full of charm, at the end of a quiet dead end, in the most picturesque district of the city with its wonderful maze of alleys with white and blue houses, adjoining the medina and the modern city. You will appreciate it for its 2 terraces on sea (splendid sunsets) and its oriental charm. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, families (with children).

⚠️ 4eme étage sans ascenseur. Pour faire un peu de cardio. En plein cœur de l'Agdal, spacieux deux pièces de 45 m² idéal pour 2 personnes, très lumineux. Séjour confortable, chambre lit queen size 160X190 avec dressing, cuisine équipée, belle salle de bains/wc. Stationnement dans les rues voisines. Tramway/bus/taxis au pied de l'immeuble. Quartier animé : restaurants, commerces, bars, marché...

Apparemment spacieux avec une vue sur l'océan à couper le souffle. Joli appartement très ensoleillé avec wifi deux chambres: chambre 1 avec un grand lit chambre 2 avec deux lits Un grand salon. Cuisine équipée. Salle de douche avec toilette. Toilette indépendante.
