Beach House #1

A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 gives you the best of both forest and beach-living. It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

Our Little Guest House

Quaint gambrel styled smaller home with most of the amenities you'd expect for a great stay at a great price! This house is tucked behind my shop and is very private and secure. It offers availability to large groups when coupled with 'The White House', our other Airbnb rental. Great beach combing, silver fishing just 10 miles away, Kassiks Brewery is nearby, North Peninsula Recreation Center offers a great pool, playground, etc. We are 19 miles from Kenai, 10 miles from Captain Cook State Park.

Beautiful Beachfront Lodging: First Mate Suite

Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Pet friendly, max 2 dogs. $50 pet fee. Conveniently located above Central Charters and Tours, across the street from the Homer harbor. Ground floor of newly built home with views of Kachemak Bay! Two bedrooms, full bath, open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Sleeps up to 6 people in queen bed, two twins and a double sofa bed. Kitchen equipped with coffee & tea supplies, gas stove,oven & refrigerator. Linens and towels provided. Smoke free, dog friendly. Kenai Cottage Close to Town Red Fox Retreat

Close to both Kenai and Soldotna this cozy one bedroom 500 sq ft cottage is located less than a 1/2 mile from the Kenai River. Unwind from a long day fishing or hiking on the deck, grill on the bbq, or hang by the fire pit. House has a washer/dryer, chest freezer, fish cleaning area and a covered deck for outside dining and gear storage. Amazing Alaskan Retreat In U-Med District!

Visiting Alaska for Work or Fun? This immaculate 1-bedroom home is centrally located walking distance to Providence Hospital and UAA and many nearby restaurants. The bathroom has spa quality toiletries. Smart TV, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig Coffee Maker, microwave, and gas range. Washer and Dryer in home. Ravenwood Suites

We aim for you to feel as though you are visiting family. The spacious yard features a large swing set for kids and a sandbox. Pat will likely greet you and give you a verbal tour of Alaska. Fast Wi-Fi. Guests have been treated to moose and babies right outside the back door, ravens, Steller jays, squirrels, and rarely a bear. There are plenty of resources for you to plan your trip. Guests especially like being able to do laundry.

5mi to airport•Safe•Quiet Neighborhood•5 star Host

You will be staying in the private top level of an amazing home in the center of town in beautiful, quiet residential area. The downstairs is also an Airbnb and is completely separate with a private entrance. Centrally located, it is easy walking distance to lakes, trails, universities, and hospitals! 10 minutes to downtown and shopping malls! Note: this space does not have a washer/dryer. I have other properties that do.
