Feel refreshed when you stay in this tiny rustic gem that we have called the Urban Ranch and Sanctuary! Proximate to the mountains, skiing, Red Rocks, and reservoirs. Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

We are also easy drives to many of the area's wedding venues. 20 minute drive/ 25 minute light-rail ride to downtown Denver and 25 min. drive to Red Rocks theater.
