The cafes and shops of Kemptown village are less than 100 yards from the front door but the flat itself is in a quiet residential street. My place is located on the first floor of the property it has stairs leading up to the front door. When inside there are stairs to reach flat. It is close to restaurants and bars, Please note, There is no parking at the flat, but there are options like"Park on my drive" via the internet to find spaces. There is a good selection of shops including 3 supermarkets, Laundry. Comfy small double bed, which has "Emma" memorymattress. Bedding and towels, soap and shower gel are provided.
