Five of us stayed at this home but more could certainly be accommodated. Tod was so receptive to anything that we needed. The home was in one of the best neighborhoods that we have stayed in and was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the added touches and Tod's hospitality. We certainly hope to return someday. Perfect place for our trip! Lots of room, lots of games and plenty of beds. We loved the pool table and the hot tub and used the playing cards. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of supplies. There were enough towels for everyone. The backyard space is nice and quiet and the location was perfect for our needs. Check in/out was super easy and communication was fast. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is my second time to stay at this home. It is comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. If good customer service is important to you, Kelly is the best! Thanks for another great experience!

We were upfront about our needs for the space and Chelsi answered all of our questions and was readily available while we were there. We had a few hiccups that were solved or helped with (we never got the internet to work but thats not a huge deal - internet is always 50/50). Had the weather been better during our stay we would have definitely taken more advantage of the outside amenities. Definitely a new favorite place we are already hoping to use again someday!

I have rented one of Brook’s other places before and I will continue to rent from her any time I’m in Hutchinson. She has great communication and her places are so clean. Her places have everything to make you feel at home and comfortable.

The house was as described and pictured. Dan was responsive and friendly. The kids loved how spacious the basement area is. The owner was even so considerate to have already provided box fans for those that might need the background noise to fall asleep. The little details make a difference. Thanks, Dan!
