All the furniture in the house is new. Please leave it in as great a condition as you found it. The entire house is yours so you can enjoy a peaceful stay.

Basement apartment. 5 miles from airport

We are so happy that you are visiting our listing. We remodeled our basement to be rented out as a short and long term rental. Perfect for up to 4 guests. It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. I live upstairs with my husband, baby boy and small dog. NO LIVING ROOM. SEE PHOTOS

This newly-remodeled 5 bedroom 3.5 Bath is the perfect stay for you and your family to relax and enjoy! This wonderful kitchen with brand new appliances is great for cooking and fun activities! For any emergency, the fire station and emergency center are in walking distance. Walking distance from the Valley Regional Park for Taylorsville Dayzz! Very close to the Crossroads of Taylorsville, a developing shopping district with great food, Leatherbys, clothing outlets, and a Regal Cinemas.

Bright and newly renovated home

Please read the entire listing. This is a darling two bedroom one bath that has been renovated top to bottom. There is one king bed, one queen, and a comfortable sofa pullout. The kitchen is ready for you to enjoy takeout or to prepare your favorite homemade meal. A Keurig coffee machine with several different blends to choose from. There are three TVs and Wi-Fi so you can stream movies or TV. It is centrally located so you can enjoy shopping or the beautiful Utah Mountains.

Camelot Cottage - Private Home

Come relax in our family and pet friendly house. Fully fenced private yard and the front yard faces a beautiful neighborhood park. Large trees behind the house give the home the perfect amount of privacy. Lots of parking. It feels like a small town in the middle of Salt Lake Valley. 20 minutes from downtown and access to everything. Safe neighborhood. Most Dog shows within 20 minutes. Many ski resorts within 1 hour. The 2002 Olympic Oval is 10 minutes away.
