Breakfast snacks and coffee are included in the room rate. Covid concerns: you will be the only occupants in the building overnight.

The duplex will comfortably sleep four (4) adults with potential for one (1) additional guest. No more than 5 guests allowed at any one time. NO PETS. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES!
