Located in the Village of Coboconk, the Coby Boathouse is one of few remaining two-storey boathouses along the Trent-Severn Waterway. Built in the mid-1970s & recently renovated, the boathouse is an imposing 600-square-foot structure, with a wetslip below & an updated two-bedroom apartment above.

Wooded trails are accessible at the back of the lot. The large fire pit and gazebo with BBQ and comfy patio furniture. Quiet time after 10 pm.
