Cosy loft studio with bathroom, completely private and separate from our family home, with own entry. Gorgeous mountain views. Milky Way stargazing. Quiet neighbourhood. Please note, there is no kitchen, just a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge / freezer. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Just an 8–15 minute drive from Queenstown Airport and the main supermarkets, it’s the perfect base for exploring the area. Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski fields are only 20 minutes away by car. The town centre is easily accessible by bus — a 5-minute walk takes you to Bus 5, which goes directly into town. Enjoy the quiet surroundings by day and a stunning starry sky by night.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

The Studio is situated on a small hill a short 15 minutes stroll to downtown Queenstown. With all the amenities you will need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible including a kitchen, washing machine, & lovely warm gas heating & hotwater. Supermarkets, Restaurants & Adventure Activities are just 10 minutes away. The spectatular views speak for themselves & being so close to Queenstown means you can get around on foot & forget the worries of parking.

A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
