Peony house

Peony's house is located by the Valti coast, in Sykia. It's land plot is 500m² and it's 93m away from the sea. The house has living room, kitchen, one WC and two rooms, one with double bed and the other with two separate single beds with the ability to add one children's playpen bed. In the living room the sofa becomes bed too. The kitchen is fully equipped (with one big refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle). It also has a big front porch and a big green yard with barbecue and one traditional wood oven. Except from the sandy Valti's beach, only a few minutes away with your car you can enjoy all the beautiful Sykia's beaches such as Tourkolimnionas, Klimataria, Tigania, Kriaritsi, Agridia, Tranos Agios Nicholaos, Kavourotripes etc.

Αυτός ο μοναδικός χώρος έχει το δικό του στιλ. Είναι μια Παραδοσιακή πέτρινη κατοικία 200 ετών, ζεστός χώρος απο ξύλο & πέτρα ,πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χωρίς όμως να χάσει την ταυτότητα του.. Βρίσκεται μέσα στο χωριό και απέχει απο τις κοντινότερες μαγευτικές παραλίες 7’. Πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόριο, σούπερ μάρκετ. Η κατοικία περιλαμβάνει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι , τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης, καθώς και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φούρνο μικροκυμάτων & ψυγείο.

Beautiful Luxury Villa in front of the sea!

The villa is situated in front of one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches of Chalkidiki, in the second peninsula! Beach front, and close to everything that you will need while on holidays! Cafe bars, super market, restaurants are located in less than 1 kilometers We hope that our guests will feel like home. Our house is ideal not only for a family but also for larger groups of friends. The house is also friendly for families with kids as there is a lot of space for them to play.

The Hοuse of Alkyon - The third studio

Το σπίτι της Αλκυόνης-Το τρίτο στούντιο, είναι μία πρόταση για όσους επιθυμούν να ξεφύγουν και να χαλαρώσουν. Το στούντιο είναι φωτεινό όταν χρειαστεί και άνετο ώστε να φιλοξενήσει ένα ζευγάρι 2 ατόμων. Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, δωρεάν wifi για ολους τους ενοικιαστές μας. Έχει 800τμ κοινόχρηστη αυλή, περιφραγμένη και με ελεύθερο πάρκινγκ. Βρίσκεται πάνω στον επαρχιακό δρόμο Νικήτης-Σάρτης στο 78ο χλμ. Η μαγευτική παράλια της Τορώνης απέχει μόνο 8 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
