We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I’m so glad I chose Ms. Sheila’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Every corner had a calming touch, and it was clear that a lot of care went into making the place welcoming. After a long and tiring day from our event, my family and I were able to fully relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Ms. Sheila was also a great host — responsive, kind, and accommodating. We had an amazing 8-day stay here! The place is incredibly aesthetic, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was very accommodating, providing clear instructions and making sure everything we needed was well provided—even going above and beyond by offering us free snacks and food for several days, which we truly appreciated. We had a problem with our things on our way home, and the host was extremely patient and helpful, which made all the difference with the effort they put with us. We are beyond grateful. The location is also great—just near a basketball court for my husband to play, and perfect for work too, thanks to the fast internet connection. They even have a laundry area and a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. Everything was just so well done, and we couldn’t ask for more. We are consistent in our bookings in CDO, 2 times in a year for 7-8 days, and we’ll definitely be booking here from now on! Thank you so much for the experience.

It was our second stay. Eda was there early cause she allowed us to check in early. I flew in early that morning and asked if I can check in early so I can crash and sleep. Hotels and most AirBnB’s will not let you do check in early. Eda did that for me and it was a game changer. Thank you so much Eda. When I talk to Eda, it’s as if I’ve already known her for a long time. She’s very kind and genuine. I booked the place for two nights but life happens and we had to leave early and stayed only for one night. I didn’t ask for a refund since I know it was on me. Eda was very understanding and I hope it was okay that we left some items in the fridge since we didn’t want to throw them out. I would recommend the place. It’s conveniently located near SM which is also close the hub place. I would stay at Edna’s place again in the future.

Aldrin and Rowena have been very helpful and the place is very convenient as it just opposite limketkai. Aircon and internet is good. Drinking water is also provided. Security on this condo is good too. Definitely we will recommend this place. Superb view of the whole city and mountain view on the balcony.

Sheila's place is very welcoming and cozy. we had everything we needed there, kitchenware, toiletries, slippers for inside and even a big water fountain which was a very nice addition. Netflix is also available for whoever stays longer and has the time to watch a couple of movies. Good bed, 24th floor so also an amazing view! Great neighborhood as well, close to many shops and supermarket. I certainly recommend to stay here.

we had 3-day trip to cagayan for a wedding and we couldnt have booked the perfect place to stay! the unit was nice and clean, parking is no brainer as we can always find a spot whenever we come back to the unit, great lobby and security staff! i would def stay here whenever we’re in cagayan.
