Cosy Panoramic Studio in the center for 1-2 pers.

Well known designer furnished cozy studio for 1-2 persons with a great panorama through the big window. The apartment is located on the 5 floor and is accessible by elevator. For those who want to relax, have a morning coffee or an evening wine, there is a shared roof terrace on the 4 floor. You don't need a car - the park, bus and train stations are 200 m away, the center, Žalgiris Arena, central Stadium, shopping center Akropolis are 10-15 min away on foot. There is a free parking in the yard.

Mini studio with a terrace

Escape the city rush to drink your morning coffee in a private terrace just few steps away from the Laisvės avenue. The old-school outside may fool you first, but the second you walk in, you will fall in love with the renovated design. Our mini studio will provide you with comfortable sleep in a queen sized bed, fully equiped kitchen, luxury sofa and a bathroom, also free parking in the inner yard if you have good parking skills ;) FOR PARKING please inform us before coming❤️

Sunset view 1 bedroom artsy condo by the river

By the river, bright and artsy flat with beautiful balcony, cozy lounge area and outstanding sunsets. Free parking. You will find three art pieces Swedish artist Mille Carrasco. Old town can be reached in 8 min by bicycle or scooter. Neris river park path perfect for a morning run or fun at skate park. Bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa and workspace. Old, red bricks and decorative wooden ceiling beams reflect the spirit of the old town in the apartment. The newly finished apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the street. Next to the apartment, there is a free parking space in the private parking lot. In the apartment, the guest will find everything for a comfortable stay.

Apartment in city center with air conditioning

Our apartment is located in a center of Kaunas, you can find everything you need within a few minutes. The apartament is close to biggest sports and concerts place - Zalgiris arena, Kaunas stadium, wonderful shopping center Akropolis, railway and bus station. You can reach main pedestrian Laisves avenue and city center in 10 minutes. The place consist of one livingroom and one bedroom. Newly fitted kitchen with everything what you need for cooking.

Naujai įrengti apartamentai ne tik nuomai, bet ir fotosesijoms. Kiekvienas apartamentų kampelis vertas nuotraukų! Jau išvydus laiptinę jus perkels į istorinius laikus. Prabangi miegamojo lova su ypatingai minkštu čiužiniu privers sugrįžti vėl! Galėsite pasilepinti prabangiais plaukų šampūnais, kaukėmis, kondicionieriais, serumais! Stilingai praleiskite laiką, centre esančiame jaukiame būste. Pilnai įrengtas, šviesus butas - studija, yra ant Aleksoto kalno, tik 15 -20 min. pėsčiomis iki senamiesčio.Apžvalgos aikštelė ir funikulierius už 10 min. kelio pėsčiomis. Butas yra privačioje valdoje, su atskiru įėjimu. 2 aukštas, WC/dušo kambarys. Virtuvė su visa įranga ir indais, sofa, dvigulė lova, TV, internetas, skalbyklė, nemokamas parkingas. Rami kaiminystė.
