A very pleasant kitchen-dining room is furnished with taste and it is perfect for a relaxing dinner after having explored Houston. The living area wth the sofa bed is located at the opposite part of the aparment so that it can be considered as a separate bedroom (although it does not have a door separating from the rest of the condo). An outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing breakfast. Breakfast on the run provided.

Any cigarette butts found on the property will result in a $200 fine PER cigarette. *Although we welcome pets (2 dogs max) we require a $125 pet fee per stay.
