The unit is in a convenient location and quiet. The room is great, plenty of space and very clean. Huge TV and wifi is strong. The host Thomas has been great, excellent communication and supportive. Rooftop pool had incredible views and perfect for sunset. Highly recommend you visit!

Riya is the best host, always very responsive, was in touch and answered any questions. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Good internet. There are changeable towels, the right utensils for cooking and all appliances. I recommend this apartment for booking.

I have stayed in this complex before. What sets Kob's place part is there is wallpapered accent walls, paintings and prints which give the unit a nice look and feel unlike the starkness of others units. I also liked the weekly cleaning and case of water as I was an extended stay. The complex grounds and pool are pristine and the security could not be better. The location is perfect. It's close to everything but set back far enough from the street that you don't hear a thing. The entire experience was wonderful from check in to check out. The safe is a bit small and I found it cumbersome to use but that is so minor compared to how much I enjoyed staying there. Thank you Kob and Apple for helping to make my holiday wonderful.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was super clean and in a good location, though not within walking distance to everything. But getting around was easy with a moped, which is like their Uber, costing only about $2 to get to Patong or Phuket Old Town. There’s a mall close by, and the area has a very local, homely vibe. The host was super sweet, very responsive, and replied within minutes, sometimes even seconds! Would definitely recommend!

Ning is a lovely host and is available to answer all your questions. The location of the condo is great, shopping centre is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of supermarkets and restaraunt nearby. The condo building felt safe and clean overall. Nings place was cosy, safe and clean. The only few things I would change are: - The mat in the bathroom is stuck to the floor so it stays damp and sometimes creates a smell. - The dining table and chair are extremely small as if for children. - The synthetic bedding is not very comfortable. But other than that all the appliances work, and it looks just like the pictures.

Great price for everything you need. Aircon, pool and gym as well as a kitchen bathroom and lounge room with TV. Location was close enough to old town Phuket by scooter or taxi and our host was very communicative and responsive to our queries :)

The flat is good. It's located in the very center of Phuket, so it is quite convenient to get from them to the rest of the island. Kathu itself is not very picturesque, but it has everything you need for life. Claude always responded promptly to my requests, helped with everything and was friendly. There were issues with the Internet and the kettle, everything was resolved quickly. I really liked the pool in the condo, although there were not always free sun beds next to it. I can recommend renting Claude's apartment.

Tolles Apartment zentral in Phuket gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor der Tür, Gemeinschaftspool und Fitness Raum vorhanden. Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit. Als die Mikrowelle kaputt ging wurde diese innert kürzester Zeit ersetzt. Kann das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Best for 2 days in Phuket. Was a little away from the busy part of the city which is great but since we couldn't get a 2-wheeler to rent, we had to walk a lot for getting some food and relaxing. The place had clear instructions to check-in & check-out, was safe and the pool was nice & relaxing. Nat, the host, was really responsive over the app and helped us for every question we had. Had a great time overall.

Great stay, the house is beautiful and perfect for friends and family. The house is located on a hill, so a scooter is your best option. Amazing views , clean and incredibly close to Patong. Felt comfortable and cozy! The housekeeping lady is super sweet and helpful. The host is amazing and is always looking to assist you in any way, thanks for being so flexible and responsive to all our queries! 10/10 recommended.

Felt right at home at David’s villa. The place was laid out very nicely. The pool and back yard was beautiful. The front garden area was a great place to relax. David was a great host! Easy to reach and very helpful. Guards at the entrance were also very nice and friendly! I will definitely be returning!! I definitely recommend staying at David’s villa!

We stayed at Piotr’s villa for three nights, and it was a beautiful, cozy, and private retreat. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Piotr’s was a wonderful host he kindly let us drop off our luggage before check-in and shared several great recommendations for the area. Beautiful property. 3 rooms around the pool and a further 2 rooms, on big property. Photos don’t do it justice. Staff were very helpful when we needed transport. Around 300 baht to go down the big hill into Patong. No construction noise was heard. Pool was always warm, nice sunny spot. Well equipped gym and also a pool table room. Would definitely recommend for a large group.

We stayed in this house for four nights. The place is spacious, and our kids loved running around exploring everywhere. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, which was great. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay uncomfortable and prevented us from sleeping well. The glass doors were really noisy - every night the wind would make them rattle loudly, making it impossible to fall asleep. There was also a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, and since it's connected to the bedroom, we had to deal with that stench every time we went to bed. To top it off, the AC unit started dripping water in the middle of the night. These might seem like small problems, but they're actually major when they prevent you from sleeping, which is really the bare minimum you expect from accommodation. When the host asked if there was anything they could do to make it up to us, I suggested a partial refund because we were genuinely unsatisfied. Despite everything,

È stato tutto come ci aspettavamo se non meglio! Il complesso è nuovo e pulito, con infiniti servizi di piscina, ristorazione, reception 24h, spa, palestra e persino centro medico che fornisce visite e farmaci (e che a noi è stato molto utile). Inoltre l’host ha sempre risposto in tempi brevissimi e quando ho richiesto una pulizia extra della stanza perché la mia amica era stata male e aveva sporcato, lui ce l’ha offerta gratuitamente con auguri di pronta guarigione. Comodo anche il servizio colazione (per 350bath a persona) e la navetta gratuita alla spiaggia, che in ogni caso è raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Molto vicino anche supermercato e farmacia. La struttura inoltre fornisce anche numerosi escursioni (di cui noi non abbiamo usufruito in quanto ci eravamo già organizzate per conto nostro). Infine letto comodo, doccia chiusa (qui rara) e molti cuscini. In generale Consiglio caldamente!
