Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Hayam Evi’s rooftop balcony is a perfect place to start and end your day, gazing at the magnificent the sea view.

Our guests have free entrance to Denizim Beach Club, located next to the villa. Our place, which offers you a sea instead of a swimming pool, is waiting for you for seaside accommodation. We would be happy to welcome you to our villa, which is the closest accommodation to the sea in Kalkan.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
