It is a short enjoyable walk to town through the forest and across a foot bridge with easy access to all the local amenities. There is a seasonal creek in the fire pit area that runs through the property during the winter and spring. This is a new super insulated home that stays cooler in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter with heated bathroom floors.

Newly built sweet cottage in the beautiful little village of Kaslo B.C. One street over from the downtown area. We have shops and eats and pubs and a Saturday market. A minutes walk and your at the Kootenai lake surrounded by our beautiful mountains. The Cottage has everything you need to cook ( or not) relax ... yes! and just lay back. Clean cozy and comfortable. Then of course winter brings us some really great cross country skiing. If you love down hill we have White Water Ski Hill .

A Peaceful and Private Studio Suite

A beautiful suite nestled in nature. It is located just outside of Balfour with access to the ferry landing, balfour store, a gas station and bakery. Ainsworth Hotsprings is a short 15 min drive, Kokanee Creek Provincial Park is 10 minutes away and Balfour Golf Course is even closer! Nelson and all its amenities is about a 25 minute jaunt. 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter weather as the last little stretch is a little steeper. Winter weather can be unpredictable.

Beautiful view of the Kootenay Lake and the Purcell Mountain Range. We are located 5 minutes north of Kaslo on highway 31, in Shutty Bench on a 4 acre parcel. This newly renovated cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, plus a pull out couch with a double bed in the common area. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. Also available is a patio space with a barbecue (only in the summer) and 2 outdoor fire-pit areas that can be used all year.
