Şiir Ev Neruda (Panaromic Kekova view Stone House)

Şiir Ev (Poeme House) is one the 3 house on the farm. The house constructed in the top of the hill facing Kekova, sunrise and fullmoon. 40 m2 saloon with full equipment kitchen and 20 m2 entresol with Kekova view. South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.

Dairemiz konumu kaş merkezdedir. Kaş meydanına, restaurant ,kaş liman, cafe ve barlara yürüme mesafesindedir. En yakın plaj 200 metredir. Meşhur uzun çarşıya 30 metre. Barlar sokağına 100 metredir. Kaşta katılabileceğiniz tur acentalarına 100 metre yürüme mesafesindedir. 2020 yılı hedefimiz önce insan ve önce sağlık. Bu nedenle dairemizi her ay nano gümüş iyonuyla dezenfekde ettiriyoruz. Dairemiz tertemiz ve havalandırılmış şekilde teslim ediyoruz. Dairemizin balkonunda sigara içilebilinir.

Kaş merkeze 10 km mesafede bulunmaktadır. yaklaşık 15-20 dakika. Kalabalıktan uzak doğayla iç içe olan villamız harika deniz manzarasına sahiptir. Ayrıca Üzüm İskelesi adlı işletmesi olmayan bakir plaja 500 metre. Balayı çiftleri, çekirdek aileler ve arkadaş grupları için uygun olan villamızda 2 yatak odası vardır ve kapasitesi 4 kişilik

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Özalp is a not overlooked villa situated in authentic Ulugöl, 7 minutes drive from Kalkan, in the middle of olive trees. For everybody who likes pristine nature, rest, and walking (The Lycian Way is nearby) is this the best place to be. But also for those who like to out for dinner, going to a terrace, or sniff culture is the villa a good starting point. 15 minutes walk from the villa there are 3 restaurants. 2 minutes drive is the supermarket, Bim, Migros and Ulugöl supermarket.

The apartment is located in the heart of Kaş in the most picturesque street, at the foot of the Lycian tomb with the lion head. The street is the most charming of this small town, with its Ottoman houses with balconies decorated with flamboyant bougainvillea and jasmine. The street is pedestrian, it is very pleasant to walk around and to discover its many small shops.

The villa offers the opportunity to have a peaceful holiday with its location in nature in the Yeşilköy region of Kalkan town. This villa with stone architecture has a sheltered pool of 4mx10m (depth: 1.55m) where you can enjoy the sun in nature, garden seating, barbecue, sauna and jacuzzi in both bedrooms. The villa is very close to touristic places such as Kaputaş Beach, Patara Beach and Saklıkent canyon. It is a 10-minute drive to Kalkan.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.
