Hampden Road is 350m away with cafes, deli & specialty shops. 3 bus stops (approx 200m walk). Walk to free purple CAT bus (Central Area Transit) available every 10min. 20min walk to train. Ideal for work, holiday or retreat.

Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

Claremont Luxury Studio/Apartment

Spacious beautifully appointed Studio apartment. Very comfortable queen bed and luxurious linen. Large beautiful lounge area with smart TV, fast wifi, books, and quality items throughout. Work space area, huge plush bathroom, an amazing fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful part of Claremont, close to the river, cafes and the main shopping centre Claremont Quarter. Very quiet and private, you will love your luxury stay here. Street Parking permit available. Very quiet, private, and unique.

Stylish Unit Well located renovated & comfortable

Located approx. halfway between Perth and Fremantle and close to public transport, the self contained one bedroom unit is fully equipped with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a full sized fridge, oven , gas cooktop and dishwasher. The bathroom also contains a washing machine and separate clothes dryer. Within 10 minutes walking distance of a major suburban shopping centre, and a short drive to the Swan river and ocean beaches. There is free on street parking.

This is a brand new studio/granny flat located in one of Perth's premier locations. Walking distance to the Leederville and Wembley cafe strips and a number of hidden gems well worth exploring. you will have off street parking and your own dedicated access to your private accommodation, with a shared back yard. Our Studio was created with convenience and a good night's sleep in mind. No matter if you are visiting family and friends nearby, travelling for work or looking to explore Perth, our Studio is the perfect base. It is located in a leafy, quiet neighbourhood in close proximity to hospitals, UWA and Kings Park, as well as only 6km from Perth's CBD, which can be reached by Bus or Train (Shenton Park Station). Our quaint cottage has a bedroom upstairs and a lounge/dining/kitchen and newly renovated bathroom downstairs. It has a beautiful shady private courtyard situated at the back of the property. There is dedicated free off-street parking for our guests at the front of the property and a private entrance into the back lane.
